On December 6, at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, the Opening Ceremony of Vietnam Happy Day 2025 took place, opening a meaningful 3-day journey of spreading and sharing happiness.

The event was chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh said: 'The year 2025 marks a very proud milestone for Vietnam in the field of happiness. We rose to 46th place globally in the global happiness index report, up 8 places compared to last year.

This is a recognition of the efforts of the Party, the State and all the people in creating a peaceful and humane environment. Above all, it reflects the optimistic and benevolent spirit of the Vietnamese people; the aspiration for the joint efforts and unanimity of millions of Vietnamese people in moving towards a prosperous, prosperous and loving future.

According to Mr. Le Hai Binh, the Happy Vietnam Festival was born as a journey of diverse and rich experiences. That is the Happy Vietnam exhibition, the digital interactive space, the art photo booth, the happiness prism, the happiness map, the outdoor activities because health is happiness and the wishes to send happiness to tomorrow.

Besides honoring, with the story of happiness is sharing, we have the opportunity to share our hearts with the Central region and the difficult areas of the country. A special activity that attracts attention is the mass wedding ceremony of 80 couples with the theme 'Love is happiness and happiness is also love'.
