Urgently fix Vinh River dike problem

On the morning of October 1, a section of the Vinh River dike (Nghe An) suddenly collapsed, causing water to flood into a residential area. Hundreds of people and vehicles rushed to respond.

A section of Vinh River dike was breached.

Early this morning, a leak occurred at the Vinh River dike on Vinh Giang Street (Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province). At around 7am, a section of the dike and road surface was eroded, water began to flood into the Haidico Vinh Tan urban area and many other residential areas in Truong Vinh Ward. At around 8am, floodwaters suddenly penetrated the dike, breaking the road surface, creating a flow more than 6m wide.

Faced with that situation, emergency forces responded and fixed the problem.
