Khanh Hoa promotes AI application in management and operation of the health sector

According to Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio & Television, the event attracted approximately 300 delegates, including leaders, officials, and staff from the health sector in the province.

At the workshop, delegates were introduced to and learned about popular artificial intelligence models that are widely applied in the healthcare sector, and also became familiar with the MISA One AI model - a comprehensive digital transformation solution for healthcare facilities.

Representatives from MISA also provided detailed guidance on how to utilize and apply AI on the platforms that MISA has deployed, helping healthcare facilities optimize their management, operations, and data processing.

One of the key topics presented was the MISA iHOS smart hospital management platform, designed to support hospitals in connecting and managing internal data more effectively.

This system focuses on three main business areas: finance and accounting, human resources, timekeeping, payroll, and digital office management. Delegates were also guided on installing and using mobile applications to manage and access financial and accounting data, enhancing flexibility in operational management.

The workshop was not only an opportunity to update knowledge and new technologies, but also a practical step in the digital transformation roadmap of Khanh Hoa's health sector, contributing to the realization of the goal of "Digital Government - Digital Healthcare - Digital Citizen".

The application of AI in management and operations promises to help healthcare facilities in the province improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and move towards a smart, modern healthcare system that serves the people even better.
