Phu Quoc Brew House, invested in by Sun Group, is part of a complex of restaurants and craft breweries in the heart of Sunset Town, one of Phu Quoc's most bustling tourist destinations. The brewery has a capacity of 2.7 million liters of beer per year, supplying beverages directly to the Sun Bavaria GastroPub beachfront beer restaurant, Sun World's business locations, and Sun Group's hotel system in Phu Quoc. More than just a brewery, Phu Quoc Brew House will be developed into a tourist attraction in Sunset Town, featuring a beer museum.

Phu Quoc Brew House's design is inspired by European architecture, where old structures are renovated with new functions, yet always maintaining a connection between the past and the present. Therefore, while the main building is designed in Italian style, harmonizing with the overall architecture of Sunset Town, the exterior stands out like a pink ruby ​​with its delicate facets. The transparent glass allows visitors to see the giant beer fermentation vats from the outside. Notably, the building's color changes according to the sky's hues, sometimes a vibrant pink in the sunlight, sometimes tinged with purple at sunset, and shimmering when the streetlights come on at night, promising to become a unique and memorable photo spot for visitors to Phu Quoc.

The brewery's appearance resembles a giant ruby, a design concept inspired by the European tradition of drinking fine beer in exquisite crystal glasses. Thus, the brewery's design aims to convey a message to visitors: "This is where you can enjoy the finest and most exquisite beers."

The ruby ​​"gem" will become the most unique and sought-after check-in destination in Phu Quoc.

The brewery has 3 floors, with a total area of ​​2,193.47 m2, including a beer production area, a canning area, and a tour area (floors 2 and 3). Following in the footsteps of its "older sibling" Bana Brew House at Sun World Ba Na Hills, Da Nang, Phu Quoc Brew House has partnered with Braukon, a centuries-old German brand in the beer industry. Accordingly, the brewery is equipped with the world's most modern and automated production lines, from raw materials to finished products.

Phu Quoc Brew House inherits the original centuries-old technology from Bavaria, Germany, directly created, supervised, and produced by Camba Brewery. Accordingly, the person directly responsible for the premium beers in Phu Quoc is German master brewer Oliver Wesseloh, world champion in brewing in Germany from 2013-2015 and winner of the Person of the Year award in 2018.

The brewing ingredients are directly imported and supplied by Camba Brewery, selected from the highest quality ingredients in Germany and the USA.
