*24 Dong Nai officials completed English translation and interpretation training course
On the afternoon of November 14, the Department of Foreign Affairs of Dong Nai province coordinated with Dong Nai University to organize the closing ceremony of the English translation and interpretation training course for officials, civil servants and public employees of Dong Nai province in 2025.

In the context of increasingly deep international integration, improving foreign language proficiency for foreign affairs staff is identified as an important task. The course helps students consolidate knowledge, practice communication, translation and interpretation skills, effectively serving the province's foreign affairs activities.
After more than 2 weeks of study, 24 students from departments, branches, educational units and localities that regularly carry out foreign affairs tasks were taught many practical contents by lecturers from the following countries: England, Canada, Spain, America, India and the Philippines. At the end of the course, 100% of students were awarded certificates; 3 students with excellent achievements were awarded by Dong Nai University.
Dong Nai Province Department of Foreign Affairs and Dong Nai University said: In the coming time, the two units will continue to coordinate to organize intensive training courses to improve foreign language skills for staff, meeting integration requirements in the new period.

Based on the submissions of the Commune People's Committee and the audit reports of the People's Council Committees, the delegates unanimously voted to pass two important resolutions, including: Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the revenue and expenditure estimates of the local budget of Dinh Quan commune in 2025 (phase 2) and Resolution on deciding the staffing of cadres and civil servants; the number of people working with salaries from the state budget in public service units; the number of people working part-time at the commune level.
Speaking at the closing session, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, and Chairman of the Commune People's Council Nguyen Cao Cuong emphasized: The two resolutions just passed are of important significance, serving as a legal basis for the Commune People's Committee to carry out the tasks of socio- economic development, local security and defense, and ensure the streamlining of the apparatus, improve operational efficiency, and meet the requirements of the new period.

At the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen Phong An said that in the past time, although there were many difficulties and challenges when initially operating the 2-level local government, with the spirit of solidarity and efforts, the collective of cadres and civil servants of the ward had basically completed the assigned political tasks, especially successfully organizing the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The leadership, direction, management and operation of the ward had many innovations; discipline and administrative discipline continued to be strengthened; the quality of service to the people was gradually improved.
The dialogue conference is an opportunity for ward leaders to listen to the thoughts, aspirations, opinions and suggestions of the staff and civil servants. *Practice crossing rivers in the camp, and practice tactical exercises in absolute safety
On November 14, in Long Hung ward, Dong Nai province, Regiment 31 (Division 309, Military Region 7) organized for Battalion 8 and its subordinate companies to practice crossing the river in the Ben Go area during the 2025 tactical exercise using air bullets.

River crossing drills are important activities to improve the leadership and direction capacity, command and operation training level of commanders; coordination of departments; and the ability to package and practice river crossing of officers and soldiers to ensure secrecy, safety, and closeness to combat situations.
During this river crossing, the unit practiced crossing the river by swimming in packages, swimming with weapons and using means such as: packages connected into rafts, buoys to ensure the entire force and vehicles are transported across the river in a secret, safe and timely manner. The river surface is over 100m wide, 5-7m deep. Thanks to careful research on the terrain and the time of rising and falling tides, the 31st Infantry Regiment has done a good job of preparing and practicing crossing the river closely and according to plan.
After nearly 2 hours, officers and soldiers of Battalion 8 and its subordinate companies transported weapons, technical equipment and military supplies across the river with absolute safety for both personnel and weapons and equipment. This is the basis for Regiment 31 to learn from experience, continue to direct innovation in training and exercise content and methods to meet mission requirements in the new situation; continue to deploy measures to direct the improvement of the quality of training, coaching, training and drills for troops in the coming time.

*Timely extinguished the fire at the restaurant in Trang Dai ward
On November 14, Trang Dai Ward Police and the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Dong Nai Province coordinated with local forces to promptly extinguish a fire that broke out at a restaurant in the area, contributing to ensuring safety for the people.

According to initial information, at around 5:30 p.m. on November 14, residents of neighborhood 4A, Trang Dai ward discovered smoke rising from PG 1 restaurant. Many people quickly used mini fire extinguishers to control the initial fire and moved the plastic pipes outside, limiting the risk of fire spreading.
Upon receiving the news, Trang Dai Ward Police, the local fire safety team and the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Dong Nai Province arrived at the scene to put out the fire. Thanks to smooth coordination and proper technical implementation, by about 5:40 p.m. the same day, the fire was basically controlled and completely extinguished.
Due to the timely initial control, the fire only damaged about 5m² of the restaurant area and some structures, causing no human casualties. Authorities are continuing to verify the cause of the fire.

The hospital currently has 91 employees, 66% of whom are female, with over 99% being union members. The average income of over 13.9 million VND/person/month continues to be guaranteed, demonstrating the efforts of the Board of Directors and the union in taking care of the lives of employees.
During the term, the Union gave 60 Tet gifts to union members in difficulty, supported many cases of serious illness, organized tours and vacations for 335 union members; at the same time, maintained good occupational safety and hygiene with 100% of employees receiving periodic health check-ups and achieving excellent safety compliance rate.
