The State Treasury of Region XIII manages the area of ​​Phu Yen and 3 other provinces.

The Minister of Finance has just signed Decision 385/QD-BTC stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Treasury.

 

Accordingly, from March 1, 2025, the State Treasury will operate under a two-tier model. Specifically, the State Treasury will have 10 units at the central level and 20 regional State Treasuries at the local level.

 

The State Treasury Region XIII manages the areas of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen , Khanh Hoa, and Lam Dong provinces; its headquarters are located in Khanh Hoa.

 

Regional State Treasuries are organized with an average of no more than 10 advisory and support departments and 350 transaction offices. Regional State Treasuries and transaction offices have legal personality, their own seals, and separate accounts as prescribed by law.
