Imbued with Uncle Ho's ideology, Party members are proactive and strive to overcome all difficulties. Combining learning from Uncle Ho with emulation movements and their functions and tasks, the Party Cell has had many effective models in the past time. One of the typical models in the period of 2021-2023 is "Deploying automation of the medium-voltage power grid circuit in Lai Chau province". To implement this model, Party members of the Party Cell advised the unit to establish a Remote Control Center under the Control Department at the company's headquarters with the functional role of commanding and operating the power grid throughout the province.

Cadres and party members of the Technical Party Cell (Lai Chau Electricity Company) joined the Dispatching Party Cell to build a smart loop circuit at the Remote Control Center.

For the 110kV grid, convert the operation of 100% of the 110kV stations of the Electricity industry in the whole province, from the manned model to the unmanned station model, all operations during operation are remotely controlled, improving labor productivity, reducing operating costs, increasing reliability, and 24/7 online monitoring of 100% of the equipment in the transformer station.
On the medium voltage grid of the whole province, all circuit breakers and load switches on the line have been installed and connected to the remote control center, helping to reduce the time to isolate incidents and improve the reliability of power supply.
Not only that, currently in Lai Chau city area, the Technical Department has advised the company to deploy the trial installation of smart low voltage cabinets (DTMS) at some distribution transformer stations. This helps operators to operate , monitor operating parameters, and remotely switch on and off distribution transformer stations without having to go there.
With the active advice of the Technical Party Cell members, in 2022, the company completed the electronicization of the metering system, replacing 100% of mechanical meters with electronic meters with higher accuracy, integrating communication technologies to support remote automatic meter reading. Implementing remote metering helps reduce the number of workers recording electricity meters, reduce the risk of occupational accidents in meter reading and management, contributing to increased labor productivity...
It is known that, up to this point, the cadres and party members of the Party cell have also completed the construction of 6 smart medium voltage grid automation circuits (DMS) on the 22kV grid in Lai Chau city and 35kV in the areas: Than Uyen, Tan Uyen, Tam Duong, Phong Tho, Sin Ho. Thereby, automatically zoning and accurately classifying the problem areas quickly, helping to improve the reliability of power supply, reduce operating costs...
