Ba Den Mountain tourist area offers cable car tickets for all Tay Ninh residents

(NLDO) - Visitors only need to bring identification documents proving permanent residence in Tay Ninh.

The newly formed Tay Ninh province from the merger of Long An and Tay Ninh provinces has officially come into operation. Celebrating this historic event, Ba Den Mountain Tourist Area has implemented a preferential ticket price policy for all residents of Tay Ninh province (new), applicable from July 1 to December 31, 2025.

Accordingly, the cable car ticket (2 ways) to Ba Pagoda is only 200,000 VND/adult, 120,000 VND/child. The cable car ticket to the top of the mountain is only 350,000 VND/adult, 250,000 VND/child. The cable car combo ticket to the Pagoda and the top of the mountain is 550,000 VND/adult, 350,000 VND/child. Visitors only need to bring identification documents proving their permanent residence in Tay Ninh according to Resolution 60-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee, which agreed to merge Tay Ninh and Long An provinces from July 1.

The merger of Tay Ninh and Long An is an important event, opening a new page for the (new) Tay Ninh province in the era of national development. In 1763, Linh Son Pagoda on Ba Den Mountain was built, considered the oldest Buddhist pagoda in Tay Ninh and laid the foundation for the development of Buddhism in Tay Ninh. Today, Linh Son Tien Thach Tu is majestic and peaceful in the space of the majestic Ba Pagoda system, where many major Buddhist events of the province take place.
