This year, the Propaganda Department organized the examination and evaluation for 50 comrades who were qualified to take the examination from 9 units, including: Military Printing Company 1; Dalat Map Enterprise/Geographic and Mapping Company/Department of Operations/General Staff; Ministry of National Defense Printing Factory/General Staff; Printing Enterprise, Factory Z176/General Department of Defense Industry; Printing Factory of Military Region 3; Printing Factory of the Navy; Printing Factory of the Air Defense - Air Force; Printing Department of the Military Technical Academy; Printing Department of the Army Officer School 1.

The test is conducted with 2 theoretical and practical contents. With a total of 11 occupations participating in the test with occupational levels from level 2/7 to level 7/7, the test includes the following occupations: Computer typesetting; electronic publishing; editing; plate-laying, plate-drying (pre-printing stage); sheet-fed offset printing machine (printing stage); handmade books, 1-sided cutting machine, 3-sided cutting machine, folding machine; book binding machine (post-printing stage).

Speaking at the opening of the test, Colonel Nguyen The Manh, Deputy Director of the Department of Propaganda and Training, emphasized that in order for the test to achieve good results, the Council was requested to organize the test and evaluation to ensure strict compliance with the test regulations and absolute safety in all aspects; approve and recognize the test results of each candidate; report the test results and request the Head of the Department of Propaganda and Training to issue new vocational skill certificates.

The jury helps the Council create questions, answers, and score sheets; grade tests in accordance with regulations and rules, ensuring objectivity, accuracy, and fairness; and handle violations of test regulations.

Candidates taking the test must strictly comply with regulations on time and rules. Any unclear content must be reported directly to the examiner.
