Kinhtedothi - On February 6, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha signed Decision No. 614/QD-UBND on inspecting compliance with legal regulations on labor safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting in 2025.
Accordingly, 2 interdisciplinary inspection teams were established to inspect compliance with legal regulations on occupational safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting in 2025 at 30 enterprises and construction works in Hanoi.
Inspection period from January 2024 to the time of inspection. Inspection time at each unit is 1 day.
The inspection team has the task of inspecting and concluding the compliance with the provisions of the law on occupational safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting of units, enterprises and construction works; recommending administrative sanctions for violations of the law or recommending amendments and repeal of documents that are contrary to the law (if any). The inspection team will dissolve itself after completing its tasks.
The inspected units are responsible for reporting in writing and providing records, documents and information as requested by the Inspection Team, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided; Proposing amendments and supplements to policies (if any).
In addition, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to develop an inspection outline, inspection schedule, notify the inspected units and prepare conditions to serve the inspection team; synthesize the results and report to the City People's Committee according to regulations.
