Vinh Hai Construction and Materials Production Company Limited (specializing in stone mining) currently has 108 employees. At the time of inspection, the company used 9 types of machines and equipment with strict requirements on labor safety and had been inspected. The company develops an annual labor safety and hygiene plan and organizes labor safety training, providing full personal protective equipment. In addition, it develops regulations and operating procedures for machines and equipment regarding safety measures and measuring and checking the working environment...

At the working session, the inspection team noted that the enterprise had done a good job in training on labor safety and inspecting operating equipment and machinery. There were adequate barriers and warning signs at the site.

The delegation reminded the company to continue to strictly comply with regulations and labor safety; at the same time, declare equipment with strict labor safety requirements to the relevant departments. Regarding health check-ups, the company needs to conduct occupational disease examinations and periodic health check-ups for employees.

The delegation also requested the company to establish a labor safety inspection team, regularly conduct on-site inspections and remind workers to wear full protective gear to ensure safety during work.
