Completing the membership of the Central Emulation and Reward Council

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 2497/QD-TTg dated November 16, 2025 on supplementing and perfecting the members of the Central Emulation and Reward Council.

According to the Decision, the members of the Central Emulation and Reward Council are supplemented and completed as follows:

Appoint Mr. Do Thanh Binh, Minister of Home Affairs, as Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council to replace Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Deputy Prime Minister .

Appoint Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, as Vice Chairwoman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council to replace Mr. Do Van Chien, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly .

Mr. Truong Thien To, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, was appointed as a member of the Central Emulation and Reward Council to replace Mr. Trinh Van Quyet, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee, was appointed as a member of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council to replace Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment.

The above Decision takes effect from the date of signing (November 16, 2025).
