On November 7, social networks continued to spread a clip recording two female students fighting in a school restroom.

Accordingly, the two female students continuously slapped each other in the face, pulled each other's hair, struggled, wrestled each other to the ground, and then fought fiercely in the restroom. The incident lasted for about 2 minutes. It is worth mentioning that while the students were fighting in the restroom, there were many other students watching but absolutely no one intervened.

The above incident is said to have occurred at Phu An Secondary School, Phu An Ward (old Binh Duong), Ho Chi Minh City.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training said it was aware of the incident and was asking the principal of Phu An Secondary School to report.

Previously, in early November 2025, the incident of 6 female 8th grade students at An Dien Secondary School, Long Nguyen Ward (formerly Binh Duong), Ho Chi Minh City, beating up a classmate in the restroom caused a stir in public opinion. The group continuously slapped and kicked the female student in the face and stomach, then grabbed her hair and brutally threw her to the ground.

Meanwhile, many other female students stood around filming the clip, not only did not intervene but also cheered. The cause of the incident was a conflict between students during physical education class.

An Dien Secondary School held a meeting with relevant parties and agreed on the following solution: assign a consulting team to help provide psychological counseling to students; homeroom teachers continue to investigate students who brought phones to record clips, stood by and watched their friends fight but did not report to the school... to continue handling according to regulations; propagate the topic of school violence with general reminders for students in the whole school; all parents of students who participated in beating their friends compensate for medicine and travel expenses for NTAN (the student who was beaten) according to the agreement between the parties.

On the side of An Dien Secondary School, the school will hold a meeting of the pedagogical council to learn from the incident; organize activities for all students; publicly announce the form of discipline during the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week to deter, coordinate psychological counseling for students who violate the law, and require the deletion of all related images and clips on social networks and on students' personal devices...
