Lam Binh organizes the "Exemplary Veterans" emulation congress for the period 2019-2024

Secretary of Lam Binh District Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to collectives with achievements in the emulation movement "Exemplary Veterans", period 2019-2024.

In the past 5 years, the Association's grassroots organizations have introduced 63 outstanding members to the Party, of whom 24 members were admitted to the Party; 99 members participated in mediation teams, and 322 cases were mediated.

By May 2024, the whole district had 74 models of good economic performance at all levels, an increase of 31 models compared to 2019; reduced 378 poor households, 217 near-poor households; eliminated 6 temporary houses for poor members in difficult circumstances with contributions of 300 million VND from members. The Association mobilized members to voluntarily donate 5,659 ^m2 of land to build new rural areas...

With its achievements, the District Veterans Association was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association and was recognized as an advanced Labor collective for 5 consecutive years.

In the period of 2024 - 2029, the District Veterans Association continues to motivate and encourage cadres and members to enthusiastically compete to excellently complete their tasks. Actively participate in building and protecting the Party, State, People and socialist regime, protecting the Party's ideological foundation; educating patriotism and revolutionary traditions for the younger generation; building a clean and strong association organization.

The Congress elected 13 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the "Exemplary Veterans" Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province, period 2019 - 2024.

On this occasion, the Chairman of Lam Binh District People's Committee awarded 10 collectives and 13 individuals; the Executive Committee of the District Veterans Association awarded 10 collectives and 14 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Exemplary Veterans" in Lam Binh District, period 2019 - 2024.
