The grassroots trade unions in Quang Ninh are enthusiastically competing and actively preparing all aspects for the important political event of the trade union organization. From personnel work, political report content, to organization, everything is being implemented synchronously and seriously, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and determination to build a strong trade union organization, accompanying units and businesses in sustainable development.

With 121 union members and workers, the competitive atmosphere at Bao Nguyen Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Cua Ong ward) specializing in excavation, transportation, port services and tourism is spreading throughout the workshops and departments.

The atmosphere of preparing for the congress is also spreading strongly at Weili Vietnam Textile and Garment Company Limited (Viet Hung Industrial Park, Viet Hung Ward), where there are nearly 1,800 union members and workers. Since the beginning of October, the congress preparation work has been carried out methodically and scientifically , such as: Building a plan, making a list of typical union members, arranging the location, preparing sound, images, presentations... All have been done carefully, showing high consensus and unity among all union members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao (Garment Workshop) shared: We are very excited about the new term of the company's Trade Union Congress, considering this an opportunity to express our thoughts, aspirations and contribute ideas to build the union closer and more practical with the workers.

The spirit of solidarity, innovation and development was also clearly demonstrated at the 19th Congress of the Quang Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company Trade Union, term 2025-2030, successfully held in early October. The Congress elected an Executive Committee consisting of 13 outstanding, qualified and prestigious faces, demonstrating the will, belief and high sense of responsibility of the union members and workers.

Along with the enthusiastic emulation spirit at the grassroots level, the Provincial Federation of Labor is focusing on directing and guiding all levels of trade unions in the whole province to prepare and organize the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The organization of the congress is required to continue to innovate the content and form in a practical and effective direction, ensuring quality, saving time and costs, and completing on schedule.

Trade unions need to promote the spirit of democracy and responsibility, focus on discussion and contribute ideas to perfect the contents of the congress preparation, ensuring proper procedures, objectivity, publicity, and suitability with the practical movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.

The personnel work of the Executive Committee and its positions is carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring the leadership principles of the Party and the direction of the superior trade union, while at the same time being associated with the characteristics and development requirements of the trade union organization in the new period.
