At about 5:30 p.m. on September 11, in An Phu commune ( An Giang province), heavy rain and thunderstorms completely collapsed one house, blew off the roofs of 14 houses, and affected two houses, of which five houses had their roofs completely blown off, with no human casualties.

At the households, the Standing Committee of An Phu Commune Party Committee visited the situation, shared difficulties, gave support and encouraged the families, and at the same time requested the hamlets to coordinate with the militia to support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters so that the households could soon stabilize their lives.
