Consulting on the collective proposal to award the title "Hero of Labor"

Kinhtedothi - The City Emulation and Rewards Committee (Standing Agency of the City Emulation and Rewards Council) received Document No. 12/TTr-UBND dated November 22, 2025 of the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District "on the proposal to award the title of "Labor Hero" collective in 2025" to the collective of Doan Thi Diem Primary School.

After reporting and receiving the consensus of the City's Emulation and Reward Council on approving the policy of implementing the process of considering and proposing to award the title of "Labor Hero" in 2025 to the collective of Doan Thi Diem Primary School, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City; Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government, which stipulates the public announcement of the collective proposed to be awarded the State honorary title; The City's Emulation and Reward Council posts information to collect public opinions on the collective of Doan Thi Diem Primary School, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City to synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
