DIFF 2025 promises not only impressive fireworks displays but also brings visitors top-notch experiences with a combination of art, music , sports and technological innovation with more than 40 events.
DIFF 2025 will be the longest and largest fireworks festival of the 12 Da Nang International Fireworks Festivals with 6 nights of fireworks.
This is the first year Vietnam has 2 participating teams: the familiar host team Da Nang and team Z121 Vina Pyrotech (Chemical Company 21 - Ministry of National Defense ), a rookie considered an unpredictable unknown with 30 years of experience in producing and exporting fireworks.
The remaining eight international teams come from countries with a long tradition in the fireworks industry, including Finland, the reigning champion of DIFF 2024, and three teams: Italy, China and Canada - former champions in 2018, 2009 and 2008 respectively. Portugal and the United Kingdom are newcomers who promise to create many surprises.
The opening night is scheduled to take place on the evening of May 31, with a match between Vietnam 1 and Finland under the theme “Cultural Essence”.
The fireworks nights will then be held every Saturday night in the following weeks (a week off before the final night) including: Night 2 (June 7) with the theme “Creative Arts” between the two teams Vietnam 2 and Poland. Night 3 (June 14) with the theme “Connecting Journey” between the two teams Canada and China. Night 4 (June 21) with the theme “Sustainable Development” between the two teams Portugal and England. Night 5 (June 28) with the theme “Leading Technology” between the two teams Korea and Italy. Night 6 (July 12) with the theme “Welcoming the New Era” - the final.
The venue includes the Han River Port area (shooting ground) and the sidewalk area of Tran Hung Dao Street (performing arts).
Ticket prices range from 1 million to 4 million VND, depending on the position in the stands and the floor as well as the type of 2* or 3* standard cruise.
