Phu Nhi Festival commemorates the death anniversary of Queen Mother Ngo Thi Ngoc Dao

In the 9th year of Quang Thuan, King Le Thanh Tong built Thua Hoa Palace in Dong Phang, Dinh Hoa commune to serve the Queen Mother whenever she visited her maternal home. In February of the year Binh Thin (1496), after visiting the mausoleum, the Queen Mother returned to her maternal home to rest at Thua Hoa Palace and passed away here at the age of 76.
