Meanwhile, the approach roads at both ends of these three bridges will be separated into a separate project, using local budget capital, so the province will proactively carry out the work first. Accordingly, the project has a total length of nearly 11km, a scale of 4 lanes, with a total investment of about 1,433 billion VND. The Provincial Traffic Construction Project Management Board is completing the documents, expected to submit the project to the Ministry of Transport for appraisal in November 2024, organize contractor selection in July 2025 and start construction in September 2025.

The starting point is from the Vam Co Dong River, the end point is from the Vam Co Tay River with more than 120 households affected by the project. The Department of Transport has completed the site clearance markers with a range of 60m, and handed them over to the locality.
According to Mr. Trinh Phuoc Trung, Chairman of Tan Tru District People's Committee, the locality has completed the inventory and statistics of land area and assets on land within the project's scope of influence.
