Most recently, in November 2023, the book Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy imbued with the Vietnamese bamboo identity by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong was introduced to the people and international friends.

Scientists and researchers commented that the content of the book clearly shows the ideology and guiding viewpoints of the leader of our Party, drawn from rich practice, demonstrating vision, clear intelligence, close, comprehensive and convincing leadership.

The book demonstrates the consistent and thorough ideology of the Party, headed by the General Secretary, on the results, achievements and orientations of Vietnam's foreign policy and diplomacy in the coming time.

On July 19, 2023, the Truth National Political Publishing House launched the book Some issues on military guidelines and defense strategies in the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new period by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

Through the book, the consistent and pervasive ideology of the General Secretary and Secretary of the Central Military Commission on the military and defense fields can be summarized in two aspects: One is about the issue of military and defense policies and strategies; the other is about building a new type of army.

In all aspects, the General Secretary affirmed the Party's direct and absolute leadership in all aspects over the army. In particular, guidelines and strategies are comprehensive and decisive; building forces is fundamental and fundamental.

These two aspects have a close and intimate relationship with each other, complementing each other, contributing to clarifying the development in the Party's theoretical thinking on leadership and the capacity to plan national defense and security policies and guidelines, leaving behind great theoretical and practical values.

Hostile forces do so for two reasons. First, their reactionary nature makes them always look at the country's achievements with a dark, negative eye. Second, they also understand that the theoretical law of development will pave the way and orient the practical movement, so they are afraid of the lessons summarized from our Party's experience in building and developing the country, thereby orienting the path forward for the Vietnamese revolutionary cause.

The theoretical light of our Party illuminates the path for the People to move forward, realizing the goal of building a society with rich people, strong country, democracy, equality, and civilization. That is what makes the reactionary forces tremble, frantically distort, and sabotage.
