The flood on the Huong River (Hue City) has peaked and is receding. The flood peak at Kim Long station is 5.05m (8:00 p.m. on October 27), 1.55m above alert level 3.

Currently, the flood on Vu Gia-Thu Bon River (Da Nang City) is fluctuating at its peak. The flood on Bo River (Hue City) and Tra Khuc River (Quang Ngai) is receding. The water level at 2:00 a.m. on October 28 on some rivers is as follows:

On Bo River (Hue City) at Phu Oc station is 4.76m, on BĐ3 0.26m. On Huong River (Hue City) at Kim Long station is 4.74m, on BĐ3 1.24m. In the next 12 hours, the flood on Vu Gia river at Ai Nghia station will peak at 1.2m above BĐ3, then decrease; on Thu Bon river at Cau Lau station will peak at 5.3m, 1.3m above BĐ3, then fluctuate at a high level; Huong river at Kim Long station will gradually decrease and be 0.6m above BĐ3; Bo river at Phu Oc station will decrease below BĐ3 by 0.2m. The flood on Tra Khuc river will gradually decrease and be 0.7m below BĐ2.
