An FDI enterprise has the highest Tet bonus, 250 million VND/person

On December 28, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Dinh province said that it had sent a document reporting to the Department of Labor Relations and Wages (Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) on the situation of wages, Tet bonuses and labor relations in enterprises in the area in 2023.

Accordingly, by December 25, 112 enterprises in Binh Dinh had officially reported on the situation of labor, wages, and Tet bonuses. Of these, 8 units and companies have 100% of charter capital held by the state; 4 companies have shares and capital contributions controlled by the state; 85 private enterprises and 15 enterprises with foreign direct investment (FDI).

In companies with state-controlled shares and capital contributions, the average salary of employees in the year is nearly 9.6 million VND/person/month (up 5.17% compared to 2022), the highest level is 57.7 million VND and the lowest level is more than 3.6 million VND. The highest Lunar New Year bonus in this group is 15 million VND (down 37.5% compared to 2022).

For private enterprises, the average salary is nearly 7.5 million VND/person/month (up 2.68% compared to 2022). The highest salary is 76.3 million VND/person/month (at Hoa Sen Nhon Hoi One Member Co., Ltd.), the lowest salary is 2 million VND/person/month (due to not working enough working days in the month).

Regarding the New Year bonus, the highest bonus in the private sector is 68 million VND/person (at Viet-Phap Joint Stock Company - Binh Dinh Branch) and the lowest is 50,000 VND/person. There are 18 private enterprises that do not have a New Year bonus plan.

Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus, the private enterprise with the highest bonus is 170 million VND/person (at Viet - Phap Joint Stock Company - Binh Dinh Branch), the enterprise with the lowest bonus is 200,000 VND/person. There are 21 private enterprises with bonuses of 20 million VND or more.

For foreign-invested enterprises, the average actual salary paid to employees is more than 8.5 million VND/person/month (down 36.08% compared to 2022). The highest salary is 187 million VND/person/month (at Delta Galil Vietnam Co., Ltd.).

The highest New Year bonus among foreign-invested enterprises in Binh Dinh is 71 million VND (at De Heus Company Limited Branch in Binh Dinh), the lowest is 100,000 VND/person and 8 enterprises have no plans to give bonuses.

Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus, 9 foreign-invested enterprises in Binh Dinh have bonuses of 25 million VND or more, of which the highest level is at Ninja Q Company Limited with 250 million VND (an increase of 63% compared to 2022), the lowest level is 300,000 VND/person.
