A teacher in Da Nang won a Vietlott lottery ticket worth more than 179 billion VND.

Vietlott said that through checking the lottery business data system and the attached personal records, Vietlott determined that Mr. NVH was the winner of Jackpot 1. Mr. H. directly purchased the ticket at the point of sale at 120 Nguyen Thi Dinh, An Hai ward, Da Nang city.

Mr. NVH is currently a teacher and lives in Da Nang City, has a habit of entertaining himself daily with Vietlott's Mega 6/45 and Power 6/55 lottery. Each time, he buys 30,000 VND for Power 6/55 lottery and 20,000 VND for Mega 6/45 lottery, but usually after several purchases, he takes it out to check the results.

"After a few draws, I went to a Vietlott point of sale to buy new tickets and took the purchased tickets to check the results at the winning ticket checking device. I saw a winning ticket worth more than 179 billion VND but I did not believe that I could win such a large amount of money.

Then I went home, accessed the Vietlott website to check the information and procedures for receiving the prize, then I called Vietlott and informed the operator that I had a Power 6/55 lottery ticket for the September 30 draw with the numbers 17 - 23 - 34 - 39 - 46 - 52. The operator said if you have such a lottery ticket, you are the lucky player who won the prize, congratulated me and guided me to Hanoi to receive the prize" - Mr. NVH said

At the award ceremony, he also revealed that he had won many small prizes from 30,000 to 50,000 VND, but the prize this time was too big, beyond his imagination. Therefore, Mr. H. will plan to use this money carefully and reasonably to help improve the lives of his family and relatives.

With the spirit of social responsibility of a Vietlott player, Mr. H. donated 2.5 billion VND to implement social security programs through the Tam Tai Viet Fund.
