According to TEAMtalk , the Old Trafford team believes that letting the 27-year-old player leave is a reasonable decision, because it is difficult for him to regain his form while staying under coach Ruben Amorim.
Journalist Dean Jones revealed: "I don't think MU regrets letting Rashford go to Barcelona. In fact, things are going quite well for them. Rashford is unlikely to revive at Old Trafford, and his value has seriously declined. Rashford's shining abroad helps MU avoid the nightmare if he succeeds at another Premier League team."
The England striker has scored five goals and provided one assist in 13 games in all competitions, including the assist in the Clasico against Real Madrid last weekend. His impressive form has seen him become a regular starter under Hansi Flick, and has prompted Barcelona to consider activating his £26m buyout clause.
For his part, Rashford also expressed his desire to stay with Barcelona for a long time. He shared: "I really want to stay here. I am enjoying football in the Barcelona shirt. For anyone who loves football, this is one of the greatest clubs in history."
If he continues to maintain his high form, Rashford can completely turn this loan contract into a turning point in his career, helping both MU and Barcelona benefit.
