On the morning of November 24, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting reported that rain in the Central region continued but the scope was narrowed in the Central region and the intensity was reduced compared to the heavy rain from November 16 to 22. In the South Central region, rain has decreased, helping localities overcome the consequences.

In the past 24 hours, data from the monitoring station network in the Central region showed that it rained mainly in Hue City, Da Nang City, and the East of Quang Ngai Province, with rainfall mainly ranging from 30-50mm.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from early morning until the end of the night of November 24, the area of Hue City, Da Nang City and the eastern part of Quang Ngai Province will continue to have rain with a flow of 30-60mm, in some places over 120mm. During the day and night of November 24, the eastern part of Gia Lai, Dak Lak and northern Khanh Hoa provinces will have scattered rain with a flow of 10-30mm, in some places over 60mm.

Forecast agencies said that from the afternoon and night of November 25, heavy rain in the Central region will tend to decrease.

In the North of our country, according to information from the meteorological agency, the cold air mass is still moving south.

On land, around the afternoon and night of November 24, cold air will affect the Northeast and North Central regions, then spread to the Northwest and North Central regions. Northeast wind on land is strong at level 3-4, coastal areas are strong at level 4-5.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the Northern and North Central regions will generally have no rain this time, from November 25 it will be cold, some places in the highlands will be very cold (the lowest temperature is commonly 12-15 degrees Celsius, some places in the highlands will be below 10 degrees Celsius). The Hanoi area will generally have no rain, from November 25 it will be cold, the lowest temperature is 13-15 degrees Celsius.
