As part of a $95 billion aid bill, the U.S. Congress approved various forms of aid totaling $60.8 billion for Ukraine, including $8 billion in items subject to the President's disbursement authority.

This $275 million aid package for Ukraine comes amidst Ukraine's continued setbacks on the battlefield in the conflict with Russia, particularly as Kyiv is battling a strong Russian offensive in the Kharkiv province.
