TPO - The Liem Tuyen hotel and commercial townhouse complex project with dozens of shophouses located right next to Viet Duc Hospital, branch 2 in Ha Nam, has also shared the same fate of being abandoned and uninhabited for many years. In addition to this project, dozens of other real estate projects in Ha Nam have also been abandoned for many years... causing huge waste.

The Liem Tuyen hotel and commercial townhouse complex project (commercial name shophouse HJC Liem Tuyen) has a prime location next to Liem Tuyen intersection, next to Viet Duc Hospital 2 and Ha Nam bus station (Phu Ly city, Ha Nam) invested by HJC Construction Investment Group Joint Stock Company.

The project includes an 18-storey hotel building and 51 4-storey shophouses with a total investment of about 500 billion VND.

The project has completed the shophouse area since 2022 with synchronous technical infrastructure, trees, and internal roads.

However, the 18-storey hotel building on the project site has not yet been built and is surrounded by corrugated iron to "plant grass".

It is worth mentioning that, according to Tien Phong reporter's records, dozens of HJC Liem Tuyen shophouses located next to Viet Duc Hospital, branch 2 in Ha Nam, have also shared the same fate of being abandoned and uninhabited for many years.

Due to being abandoned for many years, the HJC Liem Tuyen shophouses show signs of deterioration.

According to a survey, currently the shophouses and townhouses of this project are being offered by brokers at prices ranging from 80-100 million VND/m2 depending on location.

About 500m from the HJC Liem Tuyen shophouse project, another townhouse area on Le Duan Street (Phu Ly City) is in a similar situation, with many townhouses here abandoned and overgrown with weeds.

The shabby, unsightly urban scene in the adjacent area costs tens of billions of dong per unit.
