Hai Phong male student wins the final question, wins Olympia laurel wreath

The first weekly competition of February, quarter 4, of the 23rd season of the "Road to Olympia" contest, held on the afternoon of August 6th, witnessed a fierce competition between four male students: Bui Duy Long (FPT High School, Hanoi), Ngo Bao Anh Tuan (Tran Phu High School, Lam Dong), Duong Tuan Khoa (Ngo Quyen High School, Hai Phong), and Nguyen Van Hau ( Long An Specialized High School, Long An).

Four contestants competed in the first week of February, quarter 4 of the 23rd season of the "Road to Olympia" competition, which took place on the afternoon of August 6th.

Entering the first round - the warm-up, Van Hau and Tuan Khoa both scored 50 points, Duy Long 40 points, and Anh Tuan 15 points.

The keyword to be found in this week's Obstacle Course challenge consists of two letters. The first row selected contained a question about the missing word in the song "Remembering Hanoi, " and no contestant gave the correct answer.

The second row selected had the question: "What is a relatively stable, regularly flowing body of water on the surface of continents called?". Duy Long and Tuan Khoa both scored points with the answer "River".

The third row selected had the question: "Find the missing word in the following verses: 'Remember me, I hear/The sound of the bamboo broom/Sister.../Summer nights/Cold winter nights' (Excerpt from *The Sound of the Bamboo Broom*, Tố Hữu)" . Duy Long and Tuấn Khoa continued to score points with the answer "Sweep".

As soon as the third puzzle piece was revealed, Van Hau quickly pressed the buzzer to answer the keyword. With the answer "Flood," the student earned points and took the lead with 80 points. Following closely behind were Tuan Khoa with 70 points, Duy Long with 50 points, and Anh Tuan with 15 points.

In the Speed Round, Van Hau made the most of the opportunity to increase his score and consolidate his leading position. After three rounds, Van Hau leads with 160 points, Tuan Khoa with 110 points, Duy Long with 90 points, and Anh Tuan with 15 points.

Entering the final decisive round - the Finish Line, Van Hau was the first contestant to take the test, choosing three questions worth 20, 20, and 20 points each. However, Van Hau failed to score any points on any of the three questions. He even allowed Tuan Khoa to score points on the English question. Van Hau finished with 140 points.

Tuan Khoa entered the competition with 130 points, choosing three questions worth 20, 20, and 30 points each. Duy Long scored points on the first question, and Tuan Khoa scored points on the second. He finished with 130 points.

Duy Long also chose three questions worth 20, 20, and 30 points, but was unsuccessful. Tuan Khoa had the opportunity to answer questions twice, but only scored points on the last question worth 30 points. Van Hau also managed to score points on the second question. Duy Long finished with 50 points.

As the last contestant to finish with 0 points, Anh Tuan chose three questions worth 20, 30, and 30 points each. He scored points on the second question, but Tuan Khoa scored on the final question, leading to a spectacular comeback.

Duong Tuan Khoa won the laurel wreath with 170 points.

In the final results, Duong Tuan Khoa (Ngo Quyen High School, Hai Phong City) successfully came from behind to win the laurel wreath with 170 points. Nguyen Van Hau (Long An Specialized High School, Long An Province) came in second with 150 points.

Tied for third place were Bui Duy Long (FPT High School, Hanoi) with 50 points and Ngo Bao Anh Tuan (Tran Phu High School, Lam Dong) with 10 points.
