70 points behind Minh Triet, contestant Dang Hoai Bao (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Binh Dinh) finished in second place with 220 points. Following him were Dang Trung Hieu (Thach That High School, Hanoi ) and Nguyen Tran Khoi Nguyen (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Khanh Hoa).
