Improving skills and expertise of the Team and children's movement in Ha Tinh

The training program has contributed to equipping the team with skills and expertise in working with the Team, creating conditions for the team of cadres in charge of children and teachers working as Team Leaders in Ha Tinh to study and exchange experiences.

On August 20 and 21, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Pioneer Council organized a training program on skills and professional skills of the Pioneer work and children's movement for the 2023-2024 school year. Attending the training were 120 teachers who were the General Leaders of the Pioneers representing 371 school teams in the province.

The training program includes the following topics: Skills in designing and organizing programs and team activities; applying information technology in designing and organizing team activities; children's singing and dancing; skills in collective activities, children's games; communication skills...

In particular, at the training program, trainees were instructed in communication skills, photography, design and construction of communication products such as billboards, posters...; skills in applying information technology to communication...

The activities and lectures at the training class attracted enthusiastic responses from the trainees, helping the Team leaders gain more knowledge and skills to effectively serve the Team's activities.
