
The conference was organized by the Da Nang Youth Union in collaboration with the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department (Da Nang City Police) and the University of Education (Da Nang University).
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Phuong, Deputy Head of the Youth Union and Children's Affairs Department of the Da Nang City Youth Union, emphasized: "In an era where technology is the key to the future, every young person needs to equip themselves with the right knowledge, skills, and attitude when participating in the online environment. Every Youth Union member and student should become an active communicator, spreading the message of 'Safety - Civility - Responsibility in cyberspace' to their families and communities."
Captain Nguyen Tien Thanh (Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department, Da Nang City Police) shared various topics such as: identifying common forms of fraud on social media, e-commerce, and digital finance; skills in protecting personal information; civilized and responsible behavior in cyberspace; and guidance on how to handle incidents or suspected fraud.
This activity is part of a series of training programs implemented by the Da Nang Youth Union in schools, contributing to the concrete realization of the goal of building a generation of young people with strong skills and confidence in the digital transformation era, and working together to form a safe, healthy, and sustainable online community.
