On November 3, Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB ) announced the seizure of two Toyota Vios cars and one Hyundai i10 car owned by Thanh Hoa Transport and Trade Services Joint Stock Company (address: Km12, National Highway 47, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa Province).
On the same day, SHB announced the seizure of collateral, a Ford Ranger car owned by Tho Quang LLC ( Son La ).
On November 4, SHB had 11 notices about exercising the right to seize collateral to recover debt.
Of these, there are 4 cars owned by Truong Giang General Trading and Service Company Limited ( Lao Cai ), including: Mercedes-Benz S450, Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Navara and a Fuso Canter traffic rescue vehicle.
In addition, a Ssang Yong Korado car owned by Khang Minh Trading and Development Company Limited (Hanoi) was also confiscated.
Other assets include Mazda, Honda Civic G, Mazda CX5, Mercedes-Benz GLC300, Vinfast Lux SA, Ford Ranger, Hyundai Accent, Toyota Vios E,... owned by individual customers in many provinces and cities such as Lao Cai, Son La, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, An Giang, Hung Yen, Nghe An.

On November 6, SHB continued to announce the seizure and handling of collateral assets for a series of cars of various types, including: A Mercedes-Benz S450 car registered under the name of Cuu Long Trading Company Limited (No. 75 Hang Ma, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi City).
One Ford Explorer, two Hyundai Solati passenger cars, two Hyundai tractors owned by the customer group: CBA Construction Trading Company Limited (Soc Trang), Vu Linh Hotel and Tourism Company Limited (Can Tho City) and individual Ms. Truong Anh Chau (HCMC).
Phuong Khanh Long An Trading and Service Co., Ltd. had two Hyundai New closed-box trucks confiscated. Quang Son Trading and Service Co., Ltd. and other individuals had many Hyundai Solati, Ford Ranger, HINO FL8JTSA, Hyundai Accent, and Tracomeco Universe passenger cars confiscated.
Tre Xanh Spa Company Limited (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa) also had a Mazda 6 2.0G AT car seized.
SHB said the bank had repeatedly supported and facilitated customers to pay, but the parties still violated their debt repayment obligations. Due to the refusal to voluntarily hand over the assets, SHB was forced to seize them according to the signed mortgage contract.
After seizing, the bank will hire an independent unit to value the property before auctioning it to recover the debt.
