The prosecution industry needs to accelerate digital transformation to meet the requirements of the new situation.

According to the report at the working session, implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on science, technology development and innovation, the Party Committee and leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy identified this as a key, cross-cutting task throughout the industry.

With a proactive and determined spirit, the units have closely followed the programs and plans of the Central Steering Committee, gradually concretizing the Resolution's goals into practical inspection activities. To date, the entire industry has completed 19/22 assigned tasks, creating an important foundation to promote digital transformation and modernize inspection work in the next phase.

One of the highlights is the strong shift in awareness. The digital transformation emulation movement was launched widely from 2024 and maintained continuously in 2025, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation among civil servants and prosecutors.

The industry has also implemented the "Digital Literacy" movement, encouraging cadres to self-study and self-improve their technological skills to meet task requirements in the digital environment.

In addition, institutional improvement work has been focused on, in which the Supreme People's Procuracy has closely coordinated with relevant judicial agencies, ministries and branches, participating in developing legal regulations to serve digital transformation in litigation and prosecution activities.

Important contents such as: Recognizing the legal value of electronic records and documents; digitally signing procedural documents; moving towards implementing a number of judicial procedures in the digital environment... are being gradually standardized, creating a tight legal corridor to innovate prosecution activities.

In particular, the electronic Party Member Handbook platform was put into use for 100% of Party members under the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy, contributing to improving the effectiveness of Party work in judicial agencies.

Another important milestone is the construction and piloting of the Criminal Case Management platform at the People's Procuracy at two levels in Quang Ninh . This is a core business system, which will be deployed across the industry from 2026 according to the data criteria of "correct-sufficient-clean-alive", towards a data-based judicial administration model.

In the field of information security, the industry has deployed many synchronous solutions, from establishing a level 3 information system to organizing periodic cyber security drills, and increasing the number of cryptographic officers and specialized engineers.

The working group acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Supreme People's Procuracy in completing the tasks in 2025; without any major problems. This is an important basis for the People's Procuracy to continue to make new progress in case management and perfect the digital platform to serve the prosecution profession.

On that basis, the Working Group discussed and agreed on the content of continuing to closely coordinate with state management ministries such as the Ministry of Public Security , the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Finance to receive timely investment in funding for digital transformation tasks; focusing on ensuring security and safety of specialized information for professional data; continuing to deploy digital platforms to improve the efficiency of case resolution.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, full-time member of the Steering Committee and Head of the Working Group, emphasized that Resolution 57, with its goal of national modernization, is also a driving force for each ministry and sector to innovate extensively and improve the efficiency of serving the people. The Procuracy needs to accelerate digital transformation commensurate with its role in judicial reform and building a socialist rule-of-law state.

At the end of the working session, the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy expressed their hope that in the coming time, the Supreme People's Procuracy will continue to receive guidance and support in terms of expertise, techniques and resources to complete the key criteria assigned by the Central Steering Committee.
