Thai Nguyen Garment Industry: Export value reaches over 320 million USD

In July, garment output in Thai Nguyen province reached 10.4 million units, up 4.4% over the previous month and up 11.7% over the same period.

In the first 7 months, the entire industry produced over 66.3 million units, up 9.2% over the same period and completing 56.6% of the yearly plan. Export turnover reached 320.9 million USD, up 6.1%; some enterprises had growth rates of 15 - 30%... Notably, most of the province's garment enterprises have production orders until the end of 2025, some have even signed orders for 2026.

Nationwide, the textile and garment industry continues to maintain its position as a pillar of exports, with the first 6 months of the year reaching 21.8 billion USD, up 10.6% over the same period, with a trade surplus of 9.1 billion USD. The industry's target for the whole year is set at 46 - 48 billion USD, nearly 10% higher than in 2024.

Advantages from free trade agreements, supply chain shifting trends and stable orders are creating room for the industry to continue to grow in the final months of the year.

With the current growth rate, Thai Nguyen garment industry is expected to reach an export turnover of about 590 million USD, making an important contribution to the province's overall export results, continuing to affirm its role as one of the local spearhead industries.
