According to the 9th Session Agenda, on the morning of Wednesday (June 25), the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to vote to pass the Law on Inspection (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Law on Juvenile Justice, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Penal Code; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Internal Rules of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly; Law on State Budget (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Bidding, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model, the Customs Law, the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax, the Investment Law, the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions.

Afterwards, the National Assembly met separately to listen to the Report on the explanation and acceptance of opinions of National Assembly deputies discussing at the National Assembly delegation the organizational and personnel work within its authority; the National Assembly established a Ballot Counting Committee; and decided on personnel work within its authority by secret ballot.

Also in the morning, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, listening to the proposal to establish the National Election Council; then, the National Assembly discussed the proposal to establish the National Election Council; then, the National Assembly held a separate meeting, and the Vote Counting Committee reported the vote counting results.

In addition, the National Assembly discussed and voted to pass Resolutions on organizational and personnel work within its authority; the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to vote to pass the Resolution of the National Assembly on the establishment of the National Election Council; the National Assembly met separately to listen to the Report on proposed personnel for the National Assembly to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council and the Report on proposed other personnel work within its authority; then, the National Assembly discussed in Delegations on: proposed personnel to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council; proposed other personnel work within its authority.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly met separately to listen to the report on the results of the discussion at the Delegation and to explain and accept the opinions of the National Assembly deputies on the proposed personnel to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council and other personnel work within its authority. After that, the National Assembly discussed and voted to approve the list to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council; discussed and voted to approve the list to elect other personnel work within its authority; the National Assembly elected the Chairman of the National Election Council and other personnel work within its authority by secret ballot.

Next, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to discuss the draft Law on Judicial Assistance in Civil Matters; the National Assembly held a separate meeting to conduct the following contents: The Ballot Counting Committee reported the ballot counting results; discussed and voted to pass the Resolution of the National Assembly on electing the Chairman of the National Election Council; discussed and voted to pass the Resolution of the National Assembly on other personnel work under its authority; listened to the Report requesting the National Assembly to approve the list of Vice Chairmen and Members of the National Election Council. After that, the National Assembly discussed in the Delegation the proposal to approve the list of Vice Chairmen and Members of the National Election Council./.
