On December 3, the National Assembly reviewed the national energy development policy.

On the morning of December 3, 2025, according to the scheduled program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly , the National Assembly will hear the presentation of the Report on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning.

At the same time, the conference hall discussed the summary report on the implementation of the Government members, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy , and State Auditor General on the resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning.

On the afternoon of December 3, 2025, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on State of Emergency; listened to the presentation of the Proposal and Report on the Examination of the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas by 2035.

Next, the National Assembly listened to the presentation of the National Assembly's draft Resolution on mechanisms and policies for national energy development in the 2026 - 2030 period; the Report on the investment policy for the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway construction investment project; the Report on 2 drafts: the National Assembly's Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City and the National Assembly's Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City.

At the same time, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee presented the Verification Report on 4 contents: Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development in the 2026 - 2030 period; investment policy for the Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway Construction Investment Project; Draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City; Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City.
