At the same time, continue to review residential areas, resolutely evacuate people, vehicles and assets from unsafe weak houses, areas at risk of landslides, flash floods, and inundation to ensure the safety of people's lives and property and the State. Prepare forces, vehicles, equipment and necessities according to the "four on-site" motto to be ready to respond to all situations.
Arrange 24/7 security forces to control and guide traffic safety for people and vehicles, especially at culverts, spillways, deep flooded areas, fast-flowing water, areas where landslides have occurred or are at risk of landslides. At the same time, strictly prohibit people from fishing, collecting firewood... on rivers and streams during heavy rains or moving into flooded areas, areas at high risk of flash floods and landslides to avoid unfortunate human losses.
Prepare forces and means to promptly rescue when a situation occurs.

To ensure the safe operation and regulation of water at Song Quang Hydropower Reservoir in accordance with the procedures approved by the Provincial People's Committee and in accordance with the hydrological situation at the project, Song Quang Hydropower Joint Stock Company plans to operate and regulate Song Quang Hydropower Reservoir as follows:
Estimated time of regulation operation: Starting from 15:30 on July 21, 2025.
Discharge flow: Total discharge flow from 25 m 3 /s to 300 m 3 /s (Including discharge flow through the valve gate, flow through the spillway and flow through the generators) and can change depending on the amount of water coming to the lake.
Discharge end time: Until the end of the flood season.
