The judging panel for the competition was chaired by People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien and vice-chaired by Miss Ha Kieu Anh, along with other members including Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Luong Thuy Linh, and runner-up Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh.

At the press conference, the highlight was the unveiling of the "Lotus Blossom of Vietnam" crown for the new Miss Vietnam. The crown is adorned with 1,079 gemstones and 54 pearls, including 53 freshwater pearls and one South Sea pearl in the center. The design is inspired by the lotus flower with its soft, overlapping petals.

Besides the crown, the new Miss Vietnam will be presented with a five-phoenix coronation robe designed by Tran Thien Khanh. The yellow robe features a five-phoenix motif, combined with auspicious cloud and wave details, symbolizing the connection between humanity and nature.

A unique aspect of the competition is the signing of cooperation agreements with regional copyright directors from Binh Dinh, Lao Cai, Gia Lai, Hung Yen, and Da Nang . This is the first beauty pageant in Vietnam to implement this model, aiming to professionalize the training of beauty queens.

Prior to the final night, contestants will participate in Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest 10, titled X-mode, on December 18th. The stage is designed in the shape of an X, inspired by crystal glass castles.

The Miss Vietnam 2024 final will take place on the evening of December 28th in Ho Chi Minh City. The winner will represent Vietnam at Miss International 2025.

The organizers hope the competition will contribute to raising the value of Vietnamese beauty on the international stage, especially after Thanh Thủy's success at Miss International.
