According to Venerable Thich Nguyen Chinh, people coming to worship Buddha's relics do not have to register in advance and line up from the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace and then walk to Quan Su Pagoda.

"We recommend that Buddhists who come to worship follow the arrangements of the organizing committee. When worshiping, they must be solemn, and no filming or photography is allowed. In addition, the organizing committee will arrange a place for water and food for the people. Due to the summer weather, people need to bring essential items. In case of poor health, please notify the organizing committee to be arranged to go in a separate line," informed Venerable Thich Nguyen Chinh.

Quan Su Pagoda (No. 73 Quan Su Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) was built in the 15th century. In 1942, the pagoda was rebuilt and in 1980, it became the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.
