Specifically, in Decision No. 1228/QD-THVN dated October 7, 2024, General Director of Vietnam Television Le Ngoc Quang appointed Mr. Nguyen Trong Ninh - Deputy Head of the Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Center for Digital Content Production and Development - to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VTV Times. This decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Before taking on his new position and responsibility, journalist Nguyen Trong Ninh was Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Office, Center for Digital Content Production and Development.

After appointing 01 more Deputy Editor-in-Chief, VTV Times now has 3 Deputy Editors-in-Chief: Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi My Hanh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Pham Quoc Thang and Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Trong Ninh.
