This is the first program in Vietnam focused on finding and training a new generation of sales ambassadors in the e-commerce sector, aiming to meet the sustainable development needs of the national digital economy .
This program is organized and produced by VTV Times and Vincent Holding Joint Stock Company, with support from the Prime Minister 's "National Innovation Startup Ecosystem Support Project until 2025" (Project 844). The K - Vietnam Dream 2024 is not only a new playground, but also an opportunity for individuals to showcase their talents, affirm their self-worth, and contribute to the innovation of Vietnam's e-commerce market.

The program aims to help businesses build local brands that align with consumer needs and preferences. Simultaneously, The K is building a team of professional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) who are willing to experiment and provide honest product recommendations, thereby creating breakthroughs in the e-commerce industry.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Quoc Thang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VTV Times, emphasized: "The K - Vietnam Dream 2024 program not only creates equal opportunities for everyone, but also provides a chance for contestants to overcome their own limitations. The K will train a new generation of sales ambassadors, helping them develop professional skills in the context of a strong economic transformation between traditional and digital methods."
The program will be broadcast for the first time with novel and engaging formats, including two high-quality selection rounds: Casting and Filming, divided into 8 episodes.
With the support of businesses and investment in the program, The K - Vietnam Dream 2024 is expected to create a vast network, contributing to bringing high-quality OCOP products to consumers and promoting sustainable development in the e-commerce sector in Vietnam.
