The security staff did not allow reporters into the meeting room.

However, many reporters who came to cover the press conference were not allowed into the meeting room. The reason given by two security guards at the entrance was that "there was no specific invitation". This guard also said that this was not a press conference but just an intimate meeting between the Sisters of the Basket Group and representatives of several press agencies.

When reporters asked to work with the organizers of the press conference, this staff refused and said that he was only following the organizers' request. This staff also refused to provide his identity to reporters.

Previously, Kera vegetable candy - a product announced by Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company and manufactured at ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company ( Dak Lak ) - was caught up in a scandal of false advertising when it was promoted by Miss Thuy Tien, Quang Linh Vlogs and Hang Du Muc with information spread like "1 candy is equal to a plate of vegetables".

The incident quickly sparked a wave of heated debate in public opinion.
