Nho Quan closes commune-level combat drills in defense area

On the morning of May 31, the commune-level combat exercise in the 2023 defense area of ​​Nho Quan district continued with the live-fire content and closed.

The live-fire exercise with the hypothetical situation was: the enemy launched an airborne attack on Ban Sam (Ky Phu commune) and simultaneously used air force firepower, artillery and helicopters to bombard the surrounding area...

Faced with this situation, the militia forces of 5 communes: Ky Phu, Yen Quang, Thach Binh, Phu Loc, and Cuc Phuong ambushed the enemy.

With a firm grasp of the enemy situation and the command of superiors, the militia forces of the communes flexibly applied the principles, tactics and traditional fighting methods of the people's armed forces, combined with the use of weapons that were organized and reinforced, creating initiative, flexibility, and deception to deceive the enemy, choosing the right opportunity to destroy the enemy.

The fighting style is tight, scientific , handling situations rhythmically and in sync. The participating forces demonstrate good bravery, technique, tactics, handling situations according to the script, ensuring absolute safety of people, weapons, equipment and vehicles.

In addition to the achieved results, the Nho Quan District Exercise Steering Committee also pointed out a number of existing problems that need to be learned from such as: the preparation work of the communes in the early stages was not proactive and positive; the technical and tactical movements and the level of operation and use of weapons and equipment of some militia soldiers were not yet proficient, the awareness of the enemy situation was not close to the actual combat situation...

At the closing ceremony, Nho Quan district awarded certificates of merit to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the exercise.
