Mr. Do Manh Thuong - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Van Phu Ward, said: In the ward, there are currently two parishes, Quan Hao and Tan Thinh, with nearly 600 households and nearly 2,000 people. In recent years, parishioners of the two parishes have always been exemplary in emulation movements, especially in labor, production and business. Many households have boldly invested in building farms, developing services, processing, and creating jobs for local workers.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Van Phu ward regularly propagates to help parishioners clearly understand the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.

At Tan Thinh Parish, parishioner Le Thi Hien and her husband are prestigious people in the community. Not only are they exemplary in implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws, they are also pioneers in economic development.

When agricultural land was reduced to build industrial zones and clusters, Ms. Hien opened a garment factory, and her husband, Mr. Dong, worked as a motorbike repairman to serve the people in the area. Thanks to that, the family's life became more and more prosperous, allowing them to take care of their children.

In addition to farming, parishioner Le Thi Hien also works as a tailor.

She and her husband also actively participate in the new rural construction movements in the locality. From donating land, building roads to maintaining environmental sanitation and ensuring security and order, they are always the first to register to participate.

Catholic Bui Thi Huong, Van Phu ward, is also a typical example in the movement "Living a good life, living a good religion". Her husband died early, Mrs. Huong raised two children alone and constantly strived to develop the economy.

In addition to taking care of more than 1 hectare of cinnamon, she also built a pig farming model with a scale of nearly 100 pigs per litter, bringing in a stable income of over 200 million VND per year.

Mrs. Huong shared: Every job is hard, but I find pig farming suitable for my age and strength. The work is not too hard, just need to be dedicated day and night to get results. Now I have a good income, that is the greatest joy in life.

Many Catholics in Thanh Luong residential group are not only good at doing business but also are role models for others to follow. Thanks to that, the spirit of solidarity between Catholics and non-Catholics is increasingly strong. Everyone wholeheartedly turns to the Party, well implements the State's policies and guidelines, actively works in production, and builds a prosperous homeland.

Over the years, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Van Phu ward has regularly worked with dignitaries and officials in parishes to propagate so that parishioners can grasp the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to apply them in real life.

The Fatherland Front of the ward also proactively grasped the ideology, strengthened coordination with priests as well as parishes, heads and deputy heads of parish councils in the area to mobilize parishioners to actively participate in local movements and activities.
