A representative of Noi Bai airport has just said that through camera screening, airport security forces helped a passenger find the phone that was "mistakenly taken" by someone else.

Such was the case of passenger Elena Th.A, who transited through Noi Bai airport on August 23. After completing the security screening procedure and moving to the boarding gate, Ms. Th.A discovered that she had left her phone at the screening point. She quickly turned back and asked the security force to help search for it.

After receiving the information, the international security screening team of Noi Bai Airport Security Center thoroughly searched the luggage trays in the screening area but could not find Ms. Th.A.'s phone.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, a security team member, immediately reported to the security camera monitoring team to trace the incident.

A few minutes later, the camera crew found a clue, providing images of another female passenger following Ms. Th.A. holding the phone and putting it in her pocket. This person quickly went to gate 21 to wait for boarding time...

Ms. Hoa and her colleague, Mr. Tuan Anh, quickly called an electric car to help them get to gate 21 as quickly as possible. There, they met and invited the “female passenger who took the wrong ticket” to the team's duty room.

At the international security screening team's duty room, witnessed by Ms. Th.A (the owner of the phone), Ms. Hoa and Mr. Tuan Anh used professional measures to clarify the matter. Finally, the "female passenger who mistakenly took the phone" admitted her actions and returned it to Ms. Th.A.

After returning safely to Istanbul, Ms. Th.A sent a thank you letter to Ms. Hoa and Mr. Tuan Anh for helping her find her important phone.

It is known that Ms. Hoa has been working in security control at Noi Bai airport for nearly 30 years. The female security officer confided: "I can't count the number of times my colleagues and I had to run at full speed to the exit gates to find items for passengers who had mistakenly taken them."
