On November 5, a representative of the People's Committee of Long Nguyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, said that immediately after receiving information about a female student being beaten at a school in the ward, the authorities quickly began to investigate.

According to initial verification results, the incident occurred on October 31, at An Dien Secondary School, Long Nguyen Ward. The victim beaten by a group of more than 10 friends was an 8th grade female student at this school.

When her family discovered that she had been beaten, they took her to the hospital for examination and treatment. Initially, the hospital determined that the female student had multiple injuries, three cracked ribs, and was in a state of panic.

The incident happened on October 31st, and it was not until the evening of November 4th that the clip recording the abuse was released on social media, causing a stir in public opinion.

Because they are in the preparation stage for semester exams, although the female student's health has not fully recovered, the family still had to discharge her from the hospital to go home and continue taking medication so as not to affect her studies and exams. The parents of the beaten female student hope that the police will clarify the incident. At the same time, the school needs to have measures to ensure the safety of the female student when she returns to school and not affect her psychology.

It is known that the beaten female student recently asked to change classes. The group that participated in the beating were in different classes. The parents of the students who participated in the beating came to apologize to the family of the beaten female student.
