(Dan Tri) - At the 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Politburo appointed Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of October 1, the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, officially opened. The Congress was attended by 500 official delegates, representing more than 240,000 party members of the provincial party committee.

At the congress, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Politburo 's decisions on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2023 term.

The Politburo's decisions also appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and positions of Deputy Secretaries of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed the Deputy Secretaries of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, including: Ms. Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Le Quoc Chinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Mr. Mai Van Tuat, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The Politburo also decided to appoint the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 100 members, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee, consisting of 25 members.

Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission, presented the above decisions of the Politburo to the leaders of Ninh Binh province.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong thanked the Politburo and the Secretariat for their trust in assigning him the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The new Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee promised the Party Committee and people of Ninh Binh province to make every effort to unite and inherit the achievements of previous generations, promote historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions, and be determined to build a rich, beautiful, civilized and happy province.
