Having inherited shares after the death of her husband, Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan, Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh has only received the transfer of 3.783 million shares out of a total of 20.753 million shares.
Wife of late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan receives additional shares
According to information from the Development Investment Construction Corporation (DIC Corp, ticker symbol DIG), Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh, mother of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has registered to receive additional shares.
From September 17th to October 16th, Ms. Thanh only received the transfer of 3.783 million shares out of a total of 20.753 million registered shares. The reason for not completing the transaction is that she is currently carrying out the transfer procedures at the relevant agency as required by regulations.
From October 24th to November 22nd, Ms. Thanh continued to register to receive the transfer of an additional 16.969 million shares. This is the acquisition of assets from the couple's joint property after her husband's death.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong registered to inherit 20.753 million shares from his father, with the expected receiving period from October 21st to November 19th.
Following the transaction, Mr. Hung Cuong will increase his holdings from nearly 62 million shares (10.16%) to over 82.7 million shares, equivalent to 13.56% of the charter capital.
Previously, on August 19th, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga's husband sold over 43 million shares.
According to the information announced, Mr. Le Huu Bau, husband of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank , code SSB) sold more than 43.76 million shares on October 24, by negotiation.
After the transaction, Mr. Bau still holds more than 50.61 million shares, equivalent to 1.785%.
Previously, Mr. Le Tuan Anh (Ms. Nga's son) sold 1.5 million shares between September 12th and October 9th.
At SeABank, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga owns 111.58 million shares. Ms. Le Thu Thuy (Ms. Nga's daughter) holds 65.65 million shares.
The daughter of billionaire Nguyen Dang Quang has registered to buy 10 million shares.

Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh, daughter of Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masan Group Corporation (MSN), has registered to purchase 10 million shares from October 29th to November 18th, through negotiated and order matching methods. Currently, Ms. Linh does not hold any MSN shares.
At the close of trading on October 24th, MSN shares were priced at 78,500 VND/share. Therefore, Ms. Linh may have to spend approximately 785 billion VND to complete this transaction.
Currently, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang holds 18 shares. His wife, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Yen (mother of Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh), holds nearly 50.9 million shares, equivalent to 3.36%.
Coteccons Chairman buys shares
Mr. Bolat Duisenov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (CTD), purchased 200,000 shares between September 24th and October 23rd. Following the transaction, the Coteccons chairman increased his ownership from 1.428 million shares to 1.628 million shares (representing 1.57% of the charter capital).
Based on the share price of 66,800 VND/share on October 24th, Mr. Bolat Duisenov spent over 13.36 billion VND on this transaction.
Regarding the business results for the 2024 fiscal year (July 2023-June 2024), revenue reached VND 21,045 billion, an increase of 31% compared to the 2023 fiscal year. Net profit after tax increased by 343%, reaching VND 299 billion.
