Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh is the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai.

Head of the Legal Department ( Dong Nai Provincial People's Council) Truong Thi My Dung announced the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on the arrangement of specialized agencies under the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee. These resolutions were all approved at the 26th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council held on the morning of February 27, effective from March 1, 2025.

Accordingly, the newly merged departments of Dong Nai province, including the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, have new directors.

At the conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Huu Dinh announced the decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province on receiving, transferring and appointing leaders of 9 agencies and units related to the organizational arrangement.

In which, the Board of Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai province includes 5 officials, led by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, who was mobilized and appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The new Deputy Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Environment include Mr. Dang Minh Duc - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Tran Trong Toan - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Tran Lam Sinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The above decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was born on October 7, 1977, his hometown is Nho Quan town, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province. Before being assigned to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh worked at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and held positions from specialist, Deputy Head of Department and Head of Planning Department (Department of Natural Resources and Environment).

In November 2017, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province. In January 2021, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was elected as Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Dong Nai province.

The conference also announced 16 decisions of the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on resolving policies and regimes according to Decree 178 of the Government for 16 officials of Dong Nai province. Among the 13 officials who retired early were Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Ngoc Thuong and 2 Deputy Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Le Van Goi and Mr. Tran Dinh Minh. All 3 officials above were retired from work from March 1, 2025.

In addition, there are 3 officials who have been dismissed at their request, including: Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs Dang Thanh Thuy; Director of the Department of Transport Le Quang Binh and Deputy Director of the Department of Transport Nguyen Bon. All 3 officials above will be dismissed from work from March 1, 2025.
